- TuTu-Loo started with the idea that every little girl should be a princess when she wants to be. Our couture tutus are made with yards and yards of the softest tulle and colorful ribbons. Each tutu is custom made to order, allowing each to be unique and special for the little lady in your life.

*Standard tutus consist of about 50 yards of tulle with ribbon draped throughout. There is a satin waistband and satin bow in the back for tying.

Annie does great work! I ordered 3 as Christmas gifts for my daughters. The tutus are very well made and super adorable. I am especially fond of how fluffy they are. My girls have worn their new tutus for 3 days straight, and my 8 yr old says she feels like a princess ballerina. :) Thanks, Annie!
I am SO in love with the tutus that Annie makes! They are AWESOME! I ordered one for my 2 year old, she LOVES it! She calls it her 'pretty'. Annie was so great with communication throughout the process and I was amazed with the fast shipping, esp being out here in Hawaii. Thank you SO much Annie! ;)

the tutus are absolutely beautiful! These were made exactly as i asked and the turn around time was very fast i couldnt believe how fast i had these! now i have to order more! :-)
I made a purchase for my 5 year old cousin, Emma. She was in awe when she opened the multi-colored tutu! She said she's a "ballerina princess" when she wears it!
Communication was superb throughout the transaction! Annie was extremely thorough and sent me a product that was better than I had imagined!

I would DEFINITELY recommend TuTu-Loo to everyone to order a tutu from. Annie is so pleasant to deal with, responds in real time (literally), shipped the item SO quickly and packaged it so nicely. Most importantly, the tutu is so, so well made and so adorable!!
