- TuTu-Loo started with the idea that every little girl should be a princess when she wants to be. Our couture tutus are made with yards and yards of the softest tulle and colorful ribbons. Each tutu is custom made to order, allowing each to be unique and special for the little lady in your life.

*Standard tutus consist of about 50 yards of tulle with ribbon draped throughout. There is a satin waistband and satin bow in the back for tying.

*Extra Poof tutus consist of about 75 yards of tulle with ribbon draped throughout. There is a satin waistband and satin bow in the back for tying.
